Victorian Christmas 2018

Jacksonville, Oregon celebrates the holidays and our past with Victorian Christmas.   The celebration begins with a Community Caroling & Tree Lighting on Shop Small Saturday, November 24, 2018.  Stores will be open until 7 pm and the caroling/tree lighting starts at 5:00 pm.  Don’t be late as the program runs only 30 minutes long.

The traditional Christmas Parade is at 10:00 am, Saturday, December 1.

Festivities continue on weekends up to Christmas, with some activities the weekend after Christmas. The celebration is a wonderful memory making activity and a cherished tradition.

The town is decorated all in natural greenery with white lights to evoke Christmases past.  But the activities will keep any of today’s visitors entertained. On weekends between December 1 – 23 there are pictures with Father Christmas, strolling carolers – some in vintage costumes – and complimentary hot cider, and Jolly Holly Trolley rides.
