  • Tickets are now available online CLICK HERE
    • The majority of tours are only offered online
      • When you purchase online you will receive email confirmation with the date/time/quantity – immediately from the online store and then again once staff has processed your order and pulled your tickets.  You can retain these email confirmations as proof of purchase.
      • We hold tickets for you to pick-up at Will Call on the night of the tour
    • We have set aside 4 tours for each night that are sold at the Visitor Information Center
      • We are not able to take phone orders or to hold tickets
    • Cost is $14 per ticket this year.  To improve the special effects and attract lots of volunteers we needed more revenue.  Net proceeds help cover the costs of Victorian Christmas and some new spring events.

The Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce’s Haunted Trolley Tours are 30 minute tours with a light-hearted approach to local “hauntings” and feature multiple sites with special effects and period character interpreters.   Although we try to stay away from gruesome stuff, we are adding a little gore this year so parents are asked to exercise their own judgment regarding a child’s participation in regards to tales of death and dismemberment.

Want to volunteer to be a spirit or help run special effects?  Email:  ExecutiveDirector@JacksonvilleOreong.org with your name and contact information and what you are interested doing.  We have a whole selection of ghostly characters to fill.  You just need to be available from 5:30 – 10:30 pm on the nights of the tours.

This event has sold out in the past years so plan on purchasing your tickets in advance.  Since we will be running just 4 nights this year we are adding a 4th trolley.  We hope to provide increased participation opportunity for those who have missed out in the past.

Tours will depart from the Jacksonville Visitor Information Center at the corner of West C and North Oregon.  Parking is available in lots off of D Street.

“We think the Haunted Trolley Tours are a great way to showcase our town and have a fun evening in Jacksonville”, says Tim Balfour, Executive Director of the Jacksonville Chamber.  The tours are also a fundraiser for the Chamber, with proceeds going towards expanding visitor services including supporting our trolley and promoting the many attractions that Jacksonville has to offer year round.”
