This year’s sale offers over 50 varieties of shrubs, perennials & herbs, including some pink, double, old Garden Bushes, and a yellow rose that appears to be started from the Log Town Rose, brought to the valley by early pioneers.

There are even a few pots of green fig trees available for purchase.

Activities include, wagon rides; a special exhibit of miniature Faery Gardens, at least one of which will be raffled to a lucky winner; Saturday, 12pm-3pm, Children are welcome to make kites;  and Sunday, 12pm-3pm, there will be a tea tent. Join us, celebrate spring and add history to your landscape!

Three generations of the Hanley family lived on and worked this farm starting in 1857. In 1982, Mary Hanley gave 37 acres and the lovely Hanley home to the Southern Oregon Historical Society.  Each Hanley generation planted special trees, shrubs and flowers  around their home. Today many of these plants have been propagated, and you may purchase them for your own garden.
