It’s there to bear witness to the good, to the bad and everything in between.  Journaling is a meditation and has become an integral part of my self care. It feeds my soul like a spiritual practice. Journaling is not just a way to record and remember. It’s a way to process (And it will literally change your brain chemistry!). In this class author, Beth Navarro, will teach and help you explore different ways to journal (It’s not just limited to “Dear Diary”) and how to use this as a regular practice in your self care routine.
