2nd Saturday Art Walk

The 2nd Saturday Jacksonville Art Walk
Saturday, September 14, 5 – 7 pm

Enjoy incredible art and wine.
Just look for the neon green pennants to find participating locations

As you come into town, your first stop should be:

1. Art Presence Art Center, 206 North 5th Street, will feature Anne Brooke providing a quick lesson in Color Theory, 30 minute sessions that come with a hand-out.  Even if you aren’t an artist, this is an opportunity to see why some colors fool the eye into movement and what it takes to make neutrals.

Also at Art Presence – Guest Artist Ken Gregg shows his photographs of Jacksonville depicting the warm, friendly nature of our precious town.  These images and many more are collected in a small coffee table book that is for sale at the gallery.

Celestial Journey is the theme of the works in the Main Gallery by the Art Presence members.

Continue down 5th Street to where it intersects with California.

2.Cerberus Coffee (310 East California) is offering a showing of Nathan Russell’s digital prints titled: Introspective Reflections.

3.Cricket Hill Winery Tasting Room (at McCully House 240 East California) will be announcing their artist soon.

4.Everyday Flowers & Gifts (190 East California) is showcasing artist Crystal Pyren

WillowCreek (115 West California St) is featuring the happy art of Jacksonville’s own Melody Blore. They will also offer white wine sangria!
